Whole-genome BAM/CRAM uploads
Add a sequenced genome by public link. Nexju calls your genotypes at the 1240K, Human Origins and 2M sites, as pseudohaploid or diploid calls, so it sits beside ancient genomes in every analysis.
The largest run allowance
The most runs in both rolling windows, for exhaustive qpAdm rotations and large f-statistic tables.

How much does Nexju Max cost?
Max costs $24.99 a month, tax included. It includes everything in Pro, plus PCA, PANE, DATES and qpGraph search and comparison.
Which AI assistants work with Nexju MCP?
Any client that supports remote Model Context Protocol servers with OAuth, including Claude and ChatGPT. The assistant acts with your account and your allowance, and never receives raw DNA.
What is a BAM/CRAM upload by link?
If you had your whole genome sequenced, share a public link to its BAM or CRAM file. Nexju downloads it, calls genotypes at the standard ancient DNA SNP panels, and adds the result to your DNA files.
Does Max include a free trial?
The free trial is for Pro. You can try Pro first and switch to Max from your Billing page at any time; the upgrade applies straight away, and you pay the prorated difference at once.
