Fit qpAdm models on populations or on your own genome, preview and run guided or exhaustive source rotations, and test a model by dropping right populations, competing source sets or adding a source.
f-statistics, qpWave and qpGraph
f3, f4 and D statistics one at a time or in tables of up to 1000, f4-ratios, FST, qpWave rank tests, and qpGraph admixture graphs fitted, searched and compared.
PCA, PANE and DATES
smartpca with ancient samples and your genome projected, PANE along a PCA cline, and DATES admixture dating.
Your own DNA, never in the chat
You upload a 23andMe, AncestryDNA or MyHeritage file, or a whole-genome BAM/CRAM link, on the Nexju website. The assistant only names the upload; it never receives raw genotypes.
Runs you can follow
The assistant starts an analysis, polls it until it finishes and can cancel it. Every run uses your allowance and stays in your Nexju history.
02Connect
Connect Claude, Claude Code or ChatGPT
Add the server URL in your client, then sign in with Google on the Nexju consent page. You need a Nexju Max plan.

Go to Settings → Connectors, click “+”, choose “Add custom connector”, and paste the server URL above. Complete the Nexju sign-in in the browser to authorize your account.
Claude Code
Run this command in your terminal, then run /mcp inside Claude Code to authenticate:

Enable Developer mode under Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings, then create a new connector (Apps & Connectors → Create) and paste the server URL above. Authenticate with your Nexju account when prompted.

Can I run qpAdm in Claude?
Yes. Add the Nexju MCP server as a custom connector in Claude (web, desktop or Claude Code) and sign in with your Nexju account. Claude can then search reference populations, fit qpAdm models and rotations on populations or your own genome, and read the results in the conversation.
Can ChatGPT run qpAdm or f-statistics?
Yes. Turn on Developer mode in ChatGPT, create a connector with the Nexju MCP server URL and sign in with your Nexju account. ChatGPT can then run qpAdm, qpWave, f3, f4 and D statistics, PCA and DATES through Nexju.
Which Nexju plan includes MCP access?
MCP access is part of Nexju Max, at $24.99 a month, tax included. Max also adds PCA, PANE, DATES and qpGraph search, whole-genome uploads and the largest run allowance.
Does my AI assistant see my raw DNA?
No. You upload your DNA file on the Nexju website, where it is converted privately. The assistant refers to the upload by its ID and receives only analysis results, never genotypes.
Which AI assistants work with the Nexju MCP server?
Any client that supports remote Model Context Protocol servers over Streamable HTTP with OAuth sign-in, including Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT and MCP Inspector. The server URL is https://mcp.nexju.com/mcp.
Do runs started by my assistant cost extra?
No. They use your Max run allowance like runs you start in the browser, and they appear in your Nexju history, where you can open, compare and share them.
